Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return Contact us at info@oceparis.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Sealed items that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@oceparis.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
