You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items and products purchased with a discount code remain subject to the applicable statutory return conditions.

Returned items must only have been tried on and must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. They must be free from make-up, perfume or other signs of wear and returned with all original tags attached.

Return shipping costs for standard returns are the responsibility of the customer. Océ Paris will cover the return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly dispatched items.
